CANCELLATION

Due to any unfortunate circumstances, if any customers cannot be able to attend the tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:

• More than 45 days before the departure date: No cancellation charge
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• Between 15 days and 07 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
• Less than 07 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost
• Flight tickets Cancellation charges will be charged from your money as per the Airline policy.

REFUND POLICY

www.gotokasi.co and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 4 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
